NHI Protocol - Privacy Policy

PART 1: TERMS OF SERVICE & DISCLAIMER

1. ADULT-ONLY SERVICE (18+)

NHI PROTOCOL is strictly intended for users 18 years of age or older.

• Certification: By downloading and accessing this app, you certify that you are at least 18 years old.
• Rationale: This age restriction is mandated due to the unpredictable nature of unscripted Generative AI and the inclusion of probability-based acquisition systems (Gacha), which are not suitable for minors.
• Verification: We utilize Google Play's age-verification signals to restrict access. Any account found to be operated by a minor will be terminated immediately.

2. AI BOT DISCLOSURE & NATURE OF SERVICE

• Non-Human Interaction: You are interacting with an Artificial Intelligence ("Bot"). There is no human behind the responses.
• Bot Warnings (CA SB 243): As required by law, users are reminded that this AI is for entertainment purposes only. The AI may provide inaccurate, biased, or "hallucinated" information.
• No Professional Advice: All AI outputs are generated algorithmically and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. VIRTUAL CURRENCY & GACHA MECHANICS

• Digital Assets: CLEARANCE and TRACES are virtual tokens with no real-world cash value. They are non-transferable and cannot be refunded or exchanged for legal tender.
• No Real-Money Gambling: This app does not involve real-money gambling. Virtual items (Clearance, Traces) have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for legal tender. We comply with AdMob's policy on simulated gambling.
• Probability Disclosure:
  • N (Normal): 82.0%
  • SR (Super Rare): 15.0%
  • SSR (Specially Selected Rare): 3.0%
  • Guaranteed Draw (Pity System): If an SSR is not acquired within 14 consecutive attempts, the 15th attempt is guaranteed to be an SSR.
• Finality of Sales: All purchases of "CLEARANCE" via the Google Play Store are final.

4. UGC (USER-GENERATED CONTENT) & CONDUCT

• Profile Moderation: You may upload a profile picture. By doing so, you grant NHI PROTOCOL admins the right to review, approve, or reject the image. Images containing illegal content, explicit material, or hate speech will result in an immediate permanent ban.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the AI to generate or solicit content that promotes violence, illegal acts, or infringes on intellectual property.
• Mandatory Reporting: Users must use the in-app "Report" function to flag offensive or harmful AI responses. We commit to reviewing flags within 24 hours.
• AI Content Ownership: You retain ownership of your profile content. However, AI-generated responses are considered public domain or licensed to NHI Protocol for operation purposes.
• No Expectation of Privacy: Do not share sensitive personal information (passwords, credit cards, financial data) in chat. The AI is not a secure vault, and such information may be processed by third-party LLM providers.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers of NHI PROTOCOL shall not be liable for any damages arising from AI responses, loss of digital items, or data loss occurring during manual "SECRET ARCHIVE" backups.

PART 2: PRIVACY POLICY

1. DATA PRIVACY & "SECRET ARCHIVE" STORAGE

• Local-First Storage: To prioritize your privacy, chat records are stored locally on your device. We do not host your conversation history on our servers.
• Backup Ownership: The "SECRET ARCHIVE" (Zip Backup) feature is a user-controlled tool. You are the sole custodian of your backup files. We cannot access or recover these files unless you manually provide them for technical support.
• Google Login: We use Google Sign-In for authentication. We only collect your Google ID and provided email/name to manage your account and "CLEARANCE" balance.
• Data Deletion: You may delete your local data and account at any time by navigating to SYSTEM > PURGE FILE within the app or in https://ai-nos.ai/PurgeFiles.html. This action is irreversible and removes all local chat history and unlinks your Google ID from our system.

2. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

• AdMob (Google): We use AdMob to provide "DAILY STIPEND" and "TRACES" rewards. AdMob may collect device identifiers (IP, GAID) to serve ads. We comply with AdMob's policy on simulated gambling by clearly disclosing that no real-money winnings are possible.
• Firebase/Google Play: These services track purchases and app stability (crash reports) to ensure the service functions correctly.
• AI Processing: Your inputs are processed via third-party LLM APIs. This data is used to generate your response and is not used to train our proprietary models.

3. CALIFORNIA TRANSPARENCY (AB 2013 & SB 243)

• AI Disclosure: All interactive characters in this app are generative AI.
• Training Data: NHI PROTOCOL utilizes third-party foundation models. For details on the datasets used by these providers, please refer to the transparency reports provided by the model developers.

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY (COPPA)

NHI PROTOCOL is strictly an 18+ service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we discover a user is under the age of 18, all associated data and account access will be deleted immediately.
